The House

The Tidal House has been recently renovated throughout and represents the very best in contemporary open-plan design. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house feels connected to the water with the views changing almost by the minute.

The open-plan kitchen living-dining space has large, full-height glazing on three sides, overlooking the water. The new kitchen is fitted with Miele, AEG and Neff appliances and has a large island unit with a breakfast bar. The dining table sits in a large picture window looking out toward the north shore of the loch. This a great place to watch the constantly changing landscape and wildlife sightings. The lounge is also beautiful with dual aspect views over the water. There is a separate utility room with Miele washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two entrance porches – one on the east side and one on the west side dependent on the weather conditions at that time!

There is a large, luxurious family bathroom with shower and large standalone contemporary bath, all with Hansgrohe fittings.

The kitchen/dining, utility areas and bathrooms all have a wet underfloor heating system with digital controls for each room.

Outdoors

Outdoors, there are seating areas for you to feel at one with the beautiful scenery and tranquillity of the surroundings. Furthermore, the garden of the house extends to the shoreline with direct access. There is ample parking and a new cattle grid at the entrance.

Floorplan

"The vast kitchen dining living room is a single space, though cleverly separated. Each space has a huge window onto the amazing view of the loch. The house is heavily insulated and comfortably warm. You can spend hours looking out at the wildlife or as in my case waiting for the otters to return."
