Online Bookings: 

The personal data we hold for you with reference to bookings made on line is- Title, first &  last name, postal address, postcode, telephone numbers, email address, guest names and addresses, holiday dates including estimated arrival time, the date and the time the booking was made, the date of when and how payment was made, how you heard about us and any other correspondence that we may have with you.

This information is only ever used to contact you with relevant information prior or during your stay and for the purposes of booking.

Enquiry Forms:

Enquiries from our website: the data we hold from this form is your first & last name, telephone number and email address. Information you provide us in order to answer or respond to an enquiry you make via a telephone conversation or email enquiry. A record of the conversation or correspondence may be kept.

Payment data:

All payment is processed through the ‘Bookalet’ website. When you make a booking through ‘Bookalet’,you are agreeing to comply with their Privacy Policy which can be read here: https://www.bookalet.co.uk/privacy.

Any information given regarding payment for bookings/products by telephone or email is destroyed once transaction is processed.   

Use of Information:
